The Zambian Super League action is back this weekend for the 8th round of the season.
League leaders Prison Leopards will look to maintain their unbeaten run so far this season with their in-form striker Lubinda Mundia also targeting to extend his lead on the scorers charts having already scored five goals in six matches.
Defending champions Red Arrows, Power Dynamos, Nkana, Green Buffaloes, and Zanaco are among the teams that will be in action this weekend.
Green Buffaloes vs Nkwazi
Green Buffaloes seem to be impressive this season under coach Masautso Tembo as their defence has been solid having only conceded 4 goals and also maintained 4 clean sheets.
Nkwazi on the other hand comes into this game high on confidence after recording their first win of the season against Buildcon and their third draw against Zanaco last weekend.
The Police men lost three times this season and only won one game.
The Dennis Makinka coached side are yet to find the winning formula as their start to the season has been very poor.
Both teams have met 24 times with Green Buffaloes winning 11 games while Nkwazi only 6 wins and the remaining 7 games ending in draws.

The Solwezi-based side coached by Bilton Musonda have been impressive so far in this campaign and will seek to continue with their run as they play away from home this weekend.
On the other hand, Kelvin Kaindu and his team are still trying to find their winning formula in the Super League having lost three times, drawn twice and won twice in this campaign.
In their last game against Nkwazi, they shared points and pressure is mounting at Sunset with fans already demanding for positive results this Saturday.
Nkana vs Forest Rangers
The 13 times Super League Champions seem to be struggling this season and will be up against an in-form Forest Rangers side this weekend.
Both teams have met 16 times with Nkana winning 9 games while forest rangers has won 5 games. A number of 2 games has ended in a draw.

It seems coach Boyd Mulwanda is slowly gaining momentum with his team as they have won 2 games, drawn 3 and lost 2 to sit 10th position on the table as they head this fixture with the Pensioners.
Napsa stars will be high on confidence as managed heading into this match after recording a massive 3-0 over MUZA FC last weekend.

Nchanga Rangers vs Prison leopards
Nchanga Rangers who looked like they were a team to reckon with this season after going four matches unbeaten at the start of their campaign will host league leaders Prison Leopards at an empty stadium in Chingola following a spectators ban by FAZ due to failure to provide security in their week 6 match against Nkana which was marred with violence.
Prison leopards are the most in-form team in the league and are currently at the summit of the table with 15 points having won 4 games and drawn 3.
They are still undefeated and will look to maintain their unbeaten record on Saturday.
Nchanga rangers on the other hand are ranking 7th on the table with 11 points and have won 3, drawn 2 and lost 2 games.
The home team have scored 5 goals so far while the visiting team has scored 11 goals.
Chambishi vs Red arrows
Chambishi host the defending Champions Red Arrows for the first time this season on the copperbelt.
Their start to the 2022/23 campaign has been poor as they have only won one game out of 7.
