Chipolopolo striker Kingston Mutandwa made a 15-minute cameo for Cagliari Calcio in their 1-1 draw at Juventus on Sunday.

The striker is set to replace injured duo Lameck Banda and Edward Chilufya in the provisional Chipolopolo squad for the AfCON qualifiers against Chad.

His compatriot Joseph Liteta made his first start for Cagliari U20 in the Primavera 1 against Cesena, lasting 45 minutes on the pitch.

Chikola starts in Spain while Mwepu watches from the bench.

Peter Chikola was named in Cadiz B’s starting XI for the first time this season as they locked horns with Juventud Torremolinos in the Segunda Federacion. The Kafue Celtic product was a menace to the opposition with his early long-range shot kissing the woodwork following a save from the goalkeeper.

Meanwhile, Francisco Mwepu was unfielded for Cadiz in La Liga 2, as they lost 3-1 to Huesca at the El Alcaroz stadium. The striker will now turn his attention to the AfCON qualifiers against Chad, hoping to lead the frontline in the absence of Patson Daka.

Xiomara Mapepa scores first goal in Russia.

Mapepa finally got off the mark for her new club, Krylya Sovetov, scoring her first league goal on her fourth appearance.

The Zambian winger found the back of the net just 18 minutes after coming on as a halftime substitute, scoring an equalizer against Rubin Kazan WFC.
