The Copper Queens striker has left Bay FC to join fellow NWSL side Chicago Stars in a deal worth $700,000.
The Zambian striker joined Bay FC in February 2024 from Madrid CFF for $860,000, becoming the most expensive female footballer in history at the time.
“We thank Racheal for her contributions to Bay FC during her time with the club,” said Bay FC Chief Football Officer Paul Green. “As a member of our inaugural roster, she was part of important moments in our first seasons. We wish her all the best with the Chicago Stars and in her future.”
Kundananji made 64 appearances for Bay FC, scoring 12 goals and providing 11 assists, making her Bay FC’s all-time scorer.
