Real Madrid have completed the signing of Joselu from Espanyol on an initial loan deal with the option to buy at the end of the season. Joselu is a former Stoke City and Newcastle United striker. Real Madrid were set to pay an initial loan fee of around  £427,649 for Joselu and the option to buy is expected be around £1.3m.

He will be presented as a Real Madrid player on Tuesday. He scored 16 goals in 33 La Liga appearances for Espanyol last season despite his team getting relegated.
