AC Milan have agreed a deal of up to £18.8m with Chelsea, to sign Christian Pulisic, reports Skysports.
Lyon where also interested in Pulisic, but the player prioritized a move to Milan instead.
Pulisic has been given permission to have a medical and finalize personal terms.
The American winger joined Chelsea from Borussia Dortmund in 2019 for a fee in the region of £57.6million.
Chelsea have also negotiated a significant sell on percentage, on any future transfer.
