This Saturday, Power Dynamos and Atletico Lusaka will square off in the Week 7 Zambian Premier League match at Arthur Davies Stadium in Kitwe.

Dynamos is well known for their skilful passing football, but the Atletico team, has also captured the hearts of many local football fans with their excellent passing style.

Osward Mutapa’s side suffered a 2-1 defeat to Green Buffaloes in a Week 6 fixture at home and will be hoping to get back on track when they welcome the Bad Boys, who are coming off a 2-1 win over Nkana Football Club.

Atletico Lusaka are fifth placed with nine points, recording two wins, three draws, and one defeat, while 11th placed Power Dynamos have only picked one win, four draws, and one defeat.

Speaking in a pre-match interview, Mutapa says the team has learned from its mistakes while picking the positives.

Oswald Mutapa.

“You have to learn from your mistakes and also get the positives from the previous game. We are having another tough game against Atletico that is coming from a 2-1 win over Nkana,” he said.

“We expect a tough match against Power”- Kunsanama.

“And we told the boys to move away from the loss; it was our first loss, worse, at home. We would love to rectify the loss and get a win this coming weekend.

Mutapa has said that his team’s lack of goals is the result of bad luck.

“At times it is just not having luck; we are on the positive side; you could see that in training, and hopefully this time around we can score more than two goals,” he said.

Meanwhile, Atletico Lusaka head coach Brian Kunsanama said that he is anticipating another tough match against one of the big teams in the Super League.

Kunsanama has declared the team ready for the upcoming fixture, expressing confidence in the team’s previous performance against Nkana.

Atletico Lusaka in green jersey ining up against Nkana at Nkoloma stadium, the Bad Boys won the match 2-1 to shock 13-times Zambian Champions.

“We have brushed off last weekend’s game because every game is different, so we know the Power Dynamos game is going to be a very difficult one. It is going to be another difficult assignment for the boys, but it is a good challenge that the boys are ready to take on because this is what we have been looking forward to, playing such big games. I think this one comes at the right time after such a good performance last week,” he stated.
