Power Dynamos coach Osward Mutapa has criticised FC Leopards for what he described as “route one” tactics following their 1–1 draw on Friday.
Power were held to a frustrating 1–1 draw at Arthur Davies Stadium.
The game was originally set for Thursday but could not be played beyond eight minutes following a heavy downpour.
Power scored through league top scorer, Moses Shumah but the lead was levelled by Leopards later.
In a post-match interview, Mutapa described the result as disappointing but was more critical of Leopards’ tactics.
“Disappointing result, we needed a win to push us, to open up the gap. Disappointing that we failed to defend basic balls in the box.
“They went direct football, only route one. One ball in the box and that is it,” Mutapa said.
The draw means Power failed to stretch their lead at the summit.
They sit top with 52 points, four better than Red Arrows.
