Kabwe Warriors nolonger in warrior mode as they go eight games winless

The George Lwandamina coached side has now lost three of their last five Super League matches and haven't won any of their last eight fixtures.

Kabwe warriors early-season woes continued on Sunday afternoon when they extended their winless run to 8 games in the league with a 1-0 defeat against Kansanshi Dynamos away in Lumwana.

The Kabwe based side find themselves placed 17th on the MTN Super League standings in the relegation zone.

On the another hand, Kansanshi Dynamos recorded their second win on a bounce as a Bruce Musakanya’s 34th minutes goal sealed a 1-0 victory over the George Lwandamina coached side.

The Mabanga boys move to 8th place on the log standings level on points with Napsa stars.

Presssure is now mounting on Kabwe Waariors coach Lwandamina after his eighth successive winless match with some fans now calling for his sacking.

Meanwhile at the Edwin Imboela stadium in Lusaka, Nkwazi and Nkana played to nil-nil draw as the Kitwe side now remain rooted in the relegation zone with only one win recorded in 11 matches so far this season.
