Bakala, who signed a three-year contract with Nkana from Forest Rangers on September 6, 2023, has won three games, drawn four, and lost five.
Nkana drew a 0-0 draw with Kansanshi Dynamos in a Week 15 match at Nchanga Stadium.
Bakala said there has been so much improvement since he joined the Kitwe-based side.
“I think there is much improvement than the time we came I think this time they are sticking to my philosophy, which I think is good. We just have to push them so that we start getting maximum points,” said Bakala.
The former Lusaka Dynamos boss is hopeful his fourth win of the season with Nkana is coming after drawing with Kansanshi.
“I think it’s a good result; at least we wanted the most I think the way we played, we could have won this game, but that’s the name of the game. The circulation of the ball was good.
“I think we just have to fight. We won at home and drew away. I think playing at home again means we are going to fight for a win.”

Bakala added, “We just have to rectify our mistakes and move forward. Our target for now is to play warriors first. We just have to push the guys in training so that we get three points at home.”
