Cristiano Ronaldo, a Portuguese soccer player, left Manchester United in December of last year and signed with the Saudi Arabian team Al Nassr after criticizing the club in a contentious interview.

In his first season, Ronaldo managed to score 14 goals across all competitions. Despite Al Ittihad winning the league, he assisted Al Nassr in moving up to second place.

His teammate, Brazilian striker Anderson Talisca, has discussed how the Portuguese international has improved the group and altered the mindset of numerous individuals.

“Cristiano Ronaldo altered the mindset of many club players. Cristano always arrives at the training first and leaves last. When Ronaldo spoke on the out of the Game podcast, he said, “Playing with him is easy and it’s extremely easy when you understand him.

The Brazilian also added that Ronaldo’s presence has helped to publicize the League and also recognize a number of players.

Ronaldo brought change to the club

“Cristiano Ronaldo’s presence has helped us as players a lot, not many people knew about us before but now the whole of Europe knows us,” adding that “Ronaldo paid him a surprise visit during his birthday party,”.

“Cristiano came to my birthday without invitation two days after his arrival in Saudi Arabia. In fact, it might be a surprise that was arranged by Ricardo, who works with Cristiano when they brought him to my birthday party,” he explained.

Talisca ended the season as Al Nassr’s highest goal scorer with 21 goals across all competitions for his side.
