South Africa face Tunisia in a crucial 2022 Womens AFCON Quarter Final match.

The Banyana Banyana have been in scintillating form during the tournament and convincingly won a Group that included Nigeria who are Africa’s Number One Ranked side.

Tunisia on the other hand finished third and were one of the best losers that made it through and the North Africans are not as experienced at this level.

Head to head

The two teams have met each other only once and that came in 2008 in a match which South Africa won 2-1.

It will be an interesting match which will see South Africa push to reach their 8th straight AFCON Semi Final while Tunisia have already exceeded expectations.
