Sevilla, have never won a game against Manchester City and will be eager to make amends.

City have recorded four wins in their last four meetings against Sevilla. Guardiola has an enormous opportunity to begin his European season with a trophy, but Sevilla could set their sights on revenge.

The Cityzens have a chance to lift the Super Cup at first ask.

Sevilla, on the other hand, could still spring a surprise after a disappointing domestic campaign last season, and their fairytale could continue with a victory over City.

Head-to-Head

Manchester City: 4 wins

Sevilla: 0 win

FORM (Last five games)

Manchester City: WLLWW
Sevilla: LDWWL

Players to watch

Erling Haaland: Undoubtedly the deadliest striker on the planet. So far this season, the Norwegian has already scored two goals in his first Premier League match. He was last season’s Premier League top scorer with 36 goals in 33 games and the Champions League’s top scorer with 12 goals in 8 games. He will most likely cause problems for Sevilla.

Youssef En-Nesyri: The Moroccan is undoubtedly clinical in front of goal and was on the score sheet in Sevilla’s 2-1 loss against Valencia last time out. He is no stranger to finding the back of the net against English opposition, scoring against Manchester United in their Europa League campaign. En-Nesyri has spent his entire senior football career in Spain, representing Málaga, Leganés, and Sevilla. He has made over 150 La Liga appearances and scored over 50 goals.
