Evans Abu Reveals Target With Konkola Blades In The Super League

Abu is excited to be part of Konkola Blades side that fought it's way back to top flight football.

Having played a pivotal role in Konkola Blades FC’s Super League promotion, Ghanaian midfielder Evans Abu says he is now setting his sights firmly on a successful stint in the top flight, buoyed by the unwavering support of his family back home.

‎Sharp Razor won promotion to the Super League during the 2024-25 season.

‎In an interview with Bola News, Abu states he was excited to be part of the team that fought it’s way back to top flight football.

‎”It’s a great opportunity for me to showcase my skills and compete at the highest level,” Abu said.

‎He disclosed that the Zambian Super league promotion brought excitement to his family.

‎”My family have always been incredibly supportive, and I’m grateful for their love and encouragement.”

‎He added, “They were really happy for me and proud of my achievement. It’s great to have such a loving and supportive family.”

‎Abu has declared intentions to help the team achieve success in the Super League.

‎”My goal is to help my team achieve success in the Super League and I’m focused on giving my best and making a positive impact on my team,” Abu emphasized.
