Fashion Sakala starred for Al Fayha, Evans Kangwa scored a brace for Quindao Hainiu, and Patson Daka is still ostracised at Leoicester City as he was left out of the match-day squad, while Lameck Banda was out of action due to injury.

FASHION SAKALA

Fashion Sakala scored in Al Faiha’s 3-1 win over Al Riyadh. The goal was Sakala’s 4th in the Saudi Arabia Professional League, with a combined 5-goal contribution to his name this season.

EVANS KANGWA

2012 AFCON winner Evans Kangwa starred in the Chinese Professional League over the weekend, in which he scored a brace for Quindao Hainiu in a 3-1 win against Nantong Zhiyun.

CLATOUS CHAMA 

Clatous Chota Chama provided an assist in Simba Sporting Club’s 3-0 win over Coastal Union in the Tanzanian Premier League. Chama has now been involved in four direct goals for Simba in his last six games in all competitions.

EDWARD CHILUFYA

Edward Chilufya played a full 90 minutes for BK Hacken for the first time since his loan move from Midtjylland, although the Swedish giants lost 1-0 to Kalmar. The club remains in third place, five points behind League Leaders Malmo FF after 24 games. Chilufya had also featured for his side during Thursday’s 4-0 loss in the UEFA Europa League to Bayer Leverkusen.

LUBAMBO MUSONDA

Chipolopolo Captain Lubambo Musonda was a second-half substitute for Silkeborg, who defeated Vilborg 2-0 in the Danish top flight, stretching their unbeaten run to eight league games (7 wins, 1 drawz). Silkeborg is in second place on the log, three points behind table-toppers FC Copenhagen after nine games.
