In the United States women’s top-flight, Racheal Kundananji chalked up an assist in Bay FC’s 2-1 defeat to San Diego Wave on Monday morning. She laid off the ball to Karlie Lema, who equalised for the visitors in the 18th minute.

Elsewhere, Barbra Banda was in the starting XI for Orlando Pride while Prisca Chilufya and Grace Chanda were second-half substitutes as they fell 1-0 to Portland Thorns.

Frankie Musonda keeps cleansheet, Daka makes cameo in Leicester City win

With the promotion playoffs imminent, Frankie Musonda kept a cleansheet for Ayr United in their 1-0 win at Airdrieonians in the Scottish Championship. In England, Patson Daka made a five-minute cameo for Leicester City, who downed fellow relegated outfit Southampton 2-0 in the Premier League.

Neither Lameck Banda nor Kingstone Mutandwa came off the bench in the Italian Serie A for US Lecce and Cagliari Calcio, respectively.

Ricky Chanda scores in Estonia, Lubambo Musonda’s 1.FC Magdeburg gets massacred 5-0

Zambia U20 defender Ricky Chanda opened his scoring account for Nomme United in the Esiliiga, nodding in his side’s sixth goal in their 6-2 triumph against Tartu Tammeka U21. In Switzerland, Miguel Chaiwa featured in the second half for BSC Young Boys as they lost 3-2 to Lausanne.

1.FC Magdeburg, who are battling for promotion to the Bundesliga, got humiliated by relegation-threatened outfit Preußen Münster in the German second tier. Lubambo Musonda and co. shipped five goals at the MDCC Arena on Friday. Elsewhere, Joseph Liteta returned from injury on Saturday, playing the second half for Cagliari U20 against Bologna U20.

Chikola notches assist, Benson Sakala starts back-to-back matches in the Czech Republic.

Peter Chikola set up Cadiz B’s second goal in their 2-0 victory against San Fernando in the Segunda Federacion while Twizard Mulenga came off the bench after the hour mark.

In the Chance Liga, Benson Sakala started his second consecutive match for Mlada Boleslav, who edged FK Teplice 1-0. Meanwhile, Kelvin Kampamba started Al Madina’s 3-1 defeat to Al Ahli Tripoli on Sunday.

Edward Chilufya out injured, Obino Chisala features for Al Merrikh

Due to injury, Edward Chilufya missed Midtjylland’s 3-1 win over AGF in the Danish Superliga. Meanwhile, Gift Siame played the first 58 minutes of Leganes U19’s 2-0 victory against Fuenlabrada U19.

In Mauritania, Obino Chisala was a 72nd-minute substitute for Sudanese side Al Merreikh, who beat Inter Nouakchott 2-0. Elsewhere on the continent, Joshua Mutale featured in the second half as Simba SC edged Mashujaa 2-1 in the NBC Premier League.
