Green Eagles goalie Rodwell Mulungushi is eyeing National team call up ahead of the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup and 2025 AfCON qualifying matches.

The 25-year-old shot stopper has kept seven clean sheets from twelve super league matches played so far.
He told Bolanews in an exclusive interview that he is working hard, with a hope of earning himself a place in the Chipolopolo squad.
“I would like to be part of the Chipolopolo squad that will play in the World Cup Qualifiers in June,”Rodwell said. “I am working hard during training and trusting God. For now, I will wait for the national team call up.”
To stand a chance, he must outshine Zesco’s Toaster Nsabata, Red Arrows’ Charles Kalumba, and Power Dynamos Lawrence Mulenga, Mulungushi will need to step up his game.
