Chipolopolo striker Patson Daka netted a second-half brace to help Leicester City come from behind and defeat Ukrainian side Karpaty Lviv 2-1 in a pre-season friendly.
The goals marked Daka’s first since December 3, 2024, when he scored against West Ham United in the English Premier League.
Starting the match for the Foxes, Daka converted a penalty to level the score before grabbing the winner with a well-taken strike inside the box, turning sharply after being picked out by Evans and finishing with precision.
Leicester City continue their pre-season tour with a clash against German side FC Köln later today, followed by a fixture against Italian outfit Fiorentina next Sunday.
