Lubambo Musonda has joined Danish Super League side Silkeborg IF on a one-year loan deal from AC Horsens.
Musonda joined Horsens in 2021 from the Polish side, Slask Wroclaw, and signed a contract running up to June 2024.
The 28-year-old winger has revealed that it’s time to pursue his next challenge in Europe. His message appears to be a farewell to Horsens.
“After an amazing period full of wonderful memories at AC Horsens, it’s now time for me to take up the next challenge in my career,” he wrote on Instagram.
“It’s been a tough decision to leave a club I have loved it since the day I walked in, but I believe it’s the right decision for my development.”
He was impressive and helped his side win promotion to the Superliga before they were relegated last season.
