Former Zambia national team coach, Wedson Nyirenda, has joined Malawian giants, FCB Nyasa Bullets, signing a two year deal.
Nyasa Big Bullets have won the Malawian super league, 17 titles.
Nyirenda, who boasts of winning five Zambian super league titles, between Zanaco, Zesco United clubs, has replaced Gilbert Chirwa, who left the club two weeks ago.
Reacting to his new challenge, Nyirenda is excited at joining the People’s Team and pledged to introduce a high-intensity style of football.
“I intend to restoring confidence among the players while adapting to the team’s playing philosophy and environment” Nyirenda said.

Nyirenda will be joined by two members of his technical team.
Konrad Buckle, Bullets President described Nyirenda as “a highly accomplished coach with an impressive record of success“.
