Brazil women’s national team defender Isa Haas says the match against Zambia, Canada and South Korea during the FIFA Series offers the South American nation diverse tactical approaches.

The Selecao will face South Korea, Zambia, and Canada.

According to the defender, encountering different styles of football will be important for the national team’s preparation for the 2027 World Cup.

“Being on the national team is always a challenge, and that’s very important for our growth as athletes. These are completely different teams and playing styles. We will probably face different obstacles and different moments in each game. This will be very good for our preparation and for each player to leave their mark,” she stated.

Haas also highlighted the importance of holding the FIFA Series, a competition that the Brazilian Women’s National Team will participate in, stating that it is a preparation of the participating teams and the legacy left to Mato Grosso football.

The 25-year-old defender stressed that the tournament is a chance for evolution for teams and athletes.

“This competition is very good for everyone. The national team evolves, women’s football evolves, and we evolve. Obviously, everyone is looking for their place. I continue to always look for mine. Everyone here knows very well how Arthur works. We have to take advantage of every call-up,” she emphasized.
