Steven Gerrard is targeting a move for former Liverpool midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum from PSG. Fabrizio Romano has confirmed. Should the Netherlands international move to Al-Ettifaq, he will be reunited with Jordan Henderson.
Wijnaldum joined Paris Saint-Germain on a free transfer in 2021 from Liverpool. He is reportedly not a part of PSG’s project this season, and has 1 year left on his contract. The midfielder only started 22 times for the French Champions across competitions. He was sent on a season-long loan to AS Roma last summer.
