Manchester City have bid £70m to sign Lucas Paqueta from West Ham. Reports Dailymail.

The English Champions need replacements for Ilkay Gundogan and Riyad Mahrez who recently left the club this summer.

Pep Guardiola has been a longtime admirer of the Brazil international and almost signed him last summer.

The 25 year-old midfielder had a positive first season with Westham whom they signed for £51 million from Lyon a year ago.

The bid could be rejected as Westham are not keen on losing another key player after losing Declan Rice.
