Liverpool rejected a verbal offer from Al Ittihad to sign Mohamed Salah for £100m rising to £150m with add-ons. The offer made via a call last night from the Saudi side, to Mike Gordon was turned down immediately. Skysports have reported.
The Reds have reiterated that, the 31 year old Egypt International is not for sale and that the case is closed. Salah scored 30 goals in all competitions for Liverpool last season. The player is also key to Klopp’s plans for Liverpool’s campaign moving forward this season.
