The Blues are set to complete the signing of Everton’s 17 year old star Ishe Samuels-Smith for £4m.
The highly-rated defender has agreed a three year contract at Stamford Bridge, according to The Athletic.
Born in Manchester, Samuels first began to play for Everton as a nine-year-old and featured for the under-18 and under 21 sides this campaign.
The young defender has featured in the first team squads but has not made an appearance for the senior side. He has also played for England at Under-15, Under-16 and Under-17 level.
