Chelsea have bid £17m for Santos striker Deivid Washington, the Dailymail reports
The 18-year old has already agreed personal terms and wants to move to Stamford Bridge.
Reports suggest Santos will accept the offer and the player will be loaned to Ligue 1 side Strasbourg.
The Brazilian wonderkid will become the second Santos youngster to move to Chelsea this summer after winger Angelo joined the Blues.
Chelsea have already signed Christopher Nkunku, Nicolas Jackson, Axel Disasi, Lesley Ugochukwu and Diego Moreira.
