Red Arrows make huge step to win Zambian Super League.

13-times league champions, Nkana slide back in the relegation zone while Oswald Mutapa has gone undefeated in five league games since taking over at Power Dynamos.

The Zambian Super League Week 25 saw Red Arrows take a six-point lead while Forest Rangers, defeated relegation bound Trident Football Club, 3-1.

Top four league clubs Red Arrows 25 matches (51 points), Zesco United 24 (45 points) Power Dynamos (25) 44 and FC MUZA (25) 43.

At Edwin Imboela Stadium, Paul Katema scored in the 36th minute to give Red Arrows a lead over Nkwazi.

Red Arrows have opened a six-point lead over second placed, Zesco who are in action against Kansanshi Dynamos tomorrow.

Arrow, under the guidance of Chisi Mbewe is vying for its third national league title, having won three previous ones in 2004, 2021, and 2022.

Nkana slide back into the relegation zone.

Nkana football club is back in the D-zone after suffering a one-nil defeat away at NAPSA Stars, with Adams Zikiru giving the pensioners’ the goal in the 55th minute.

Nkana (25) 29 points, Kansanshi Dynamos (24) 25 points, Prison Leopards (25) 22 points, Trident (25) 13 points.
