Red Arrows Football Club came from behind to defeat Zanaco 2-1 to take a three-point lead in the MTN Super League on Sunday at Nkoloma Stadium in Lusaka.
Zanaco took the lead in the 27th minute through Eliya Mandanji’s goal. Still, just when they thought they had won it, Arrows equalised late in the 80th minute courtesy of a Joseph Phiri goal and five minutes later found the winner through Paul Katema to secure all three points.
Arrows are now top of the table with 27 points from 11 games, with a game in hand. They are on an 11-match unbeaten run, having won 8 games and drawn just three so far this season.

The Airmen will face 9th-placed Konkola Blades in a midweek fixture on Wednesday.
A win will push them six points clear at the summit of the table.
