Newly appointed Prison Leopards coach Chris Kaunda has allegedly left the club less than one week after being appointed.
It is believed that Kaunda bid farewell to the team during the morning training session on Friday.
Kaunda was unveiled as Prison Leopards coach last week on Monday, taking over from Albert Kachinga, who left the team for newly promoted side Trident FC.
The former Zambia U-17 national team coach signed a one-year deal with the Kabwe-based side with an option to extend based on performance.
When contacted for a comment, the club told BolaNews that for now, they could not confirm anything.
“As of now, we can’t confirm, sir,” a source within the club said.
Kaunda’s first game with Prison Leopards was against Mutondo Stars last weekend, in which the Correct Boys lost 3-2.

Leopards take on Nkana Football Club in a week-nine fixture at the President Stadium. They are currently in 15th place on the log with six points from eight games played so far.
It remains to be seen whether the rumours are true and Kaunda will leave the club.
