After week three of the 2025–26 MTN Super League, Nchanga Rangers remain the only team with a 100% record following a 2-0 win over Mufulira Wanderers on Sunday at Nchanga Stadium in Chingola.
The two-time Super League champions (1980 and 1998) began their campaign with a 2-0 victory against Mutondo Stars and followed it with a 1-0 away win over Green Eagles.
At the heart of their strong start is DR Congo striker Christopher Itaka, who has scored in all three games — once each against Mutondo Stars and Green Eagles, and a brace against Mufulira Wanderers — propelling Rangers to the top of the table with nine points.

Assistant coach Boyd Mulwanda cautioned the team against complacency:
“The boys are putting up great fights. We have to keep on working hard,” he told reporters after beating Mufulira Wanderers on Sunday. “We have won three games, so teams coming to play us will work extra hard to try and beat us, but we will tell the boys to keep pushing. The demand will be too much if we don’t stay focused.”
Rangers will travel to Lusaka next weekend for their week four fixture against Red Arrows, who were held to a 1-1 draw by NAPSA Stars last Saturday.
