The Zambia Women’s National Team squad for the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations second-round qualification match against Angola has been announced, with Mexico-based striker Prisca Chilufya and veterans Misozu Zulu and Racheal Nachula returning after missing the World Cup.
Standouts from the 2023 COSAFA Women’s Championship, where Zambia finished second to Malawi, have made the list, including defender Pauline Zulu, Fridah Kabwe, and hat-trick heroine Sarah Kabwe.
Margret Belemu and Ochumba Oseke, who are currently undergoing military training with the Zambia Air Force, are missing from the squad, as are Ximara Mapepa and Agness Musesa.
