UEFA Champions League Group stage draws made

Paris Saint-Germain and Borussia Dortmund are both in Group F, along with Newcastle, AC Milan in the 2023-24 Champions’ league group stage.

PSG who came close during the 2021/2022 season will have a mountain to climb against AC Milan who stand to be the most decorated team in the Group.

AC Milan had an impressive run in the UCL last season that saw reach the semi-finals but lost to arch arrivals Inter Milan.

Newcastle, on the back of an impressive season in the EPL return to the UCL for the first time since the 2002/2003 season while Borussia Dortmund, regular participants will be a thorn in the flesh this season.

Current defending champions Manchester City will have to overcome Red Star Belgrade, Young Boys and Leipzig in Group G to repeat the heroics of last season with a one nil victory over Inter Milan.

Real Madrid, a 13-time UCL winners, is in Group C with German club Union Berlin, FC Braga, and Italian champions Napoli.

Manchester United returns to face Bayern.

Arsenal’s return to the Championship since the Arsene Wenger era sees them in Group B alongside PSV of Netherlands, Lens of France and the Kings of the Europa League, Sevilla.

Barcelona will seek to avoid another drop into the Europa League since the departure of their all-time goal scorer Lionel Messi following Group H alongside Sharkter Donetsk, Antwerp football club and Portuguese giants FC Porto.

Manchester United who failed to escape Bayern Munich will however, dream to escape Group A at the expense of Turkish side Galatasaray and Copenhagen of Denmark.

Group D has Inter Milan, Redbull Salzburg, Benfica and Real Sociedad while Group E Feyenoord, Atletico Madrid, Lazio and Scottish Premiership Champions, Celtic.
