Zambian U-20 striker Kingstone Mutandwa featured for the Cagliari Calcio FC first team and scored in a friendly match against Carbonia Calcio on Saturday morning.
Mutandwa joined Cagliari on a permanent basis from Zambian second-tier team Atletico Lusaka during the last transfer season.
The Zambian striker scored 16 goals in 22 games last season for Atletico Lusaka. Following his move, he has been playing for the Italian club’s reserve team.
Mutandwa was included in the first team for the first time today. He impressed in the training match which ended 5-0 in favor of the Serie A side.
Cagliari scored through Di Pardo, Deiola, Pavoletti, Jankto, and Mutandwa.

The 20-year-old Zambian will now be looking to make his competitive senior team debut.
He could become the second Zambian in history to play in Serie A after Lameck Banda who made his debut for US Lecce last season.
