In their league match on Saturday, Indeni Football Club, playing in National Division One, has no choice but to defeat Mpulungu Harbor, according to head coach Keegan Syabeene.

With just two points out of a possible nine points in their three games thus far, the Oil Men are still without a victory.

In their three games so far, the Oil Men have only managed two points out of a possible nine, meaning they have yet to win.

After suffering a 2-1 loss to Kafue Celtic, the Ndola-based team will be looking to reverse the trend this time.

Syabeene expressed his hope that the team will turn things around in an interview conducted prior to the game.

“This definitely is a must-win game. Looking at the way the league has started, I think we have other teams that are slowly pulling out. We don’t need to lag behind as of now because in competition the early games matter a lot because you don’t have to let the gap widen,” he said.

“So as early as possible we need to start picking up points so that we can narrow the gap and with no time catch up; obviously our target first of all is to enter the top four, then we can start pushing for the top slot,” noted Syabeene.

Depending on the outcomes of the teams above them, a victory for the Oil Men would move them up to position five.
