After being relegated from the Zambian Super League, during the 2023-24 season, Kansanshi Dynamos will now play football in the National Division One League.
Dynamos assistant coach Makundika Sakala says the club is putting in a lot of effort to make sure they return to the Super League for the 2025-26.
The Solwezi based side failed to mark their territory in the top league having started very well at the beginning of the 2023-24 season.
Makundika who joined the Solwezi based side from Aguila stars will be in charge of the team until they appoint a new head coach.
This will be the first time that the former Zanaco player will be in charge of a former Super league side.
Speaking to Bolanews exclusively, Makundika emphasized the need for his lads to die a little for the team so that they bounce back soon.
“I think the message is clear to get back to the super league and not spend too much time in national league. “They are working so hard already with an intent to bounce back,” he said.
