With nine points separating the two in the standings, Real Madrid will be looking to beat their arch-nemesis in the El Clásico and reduce the gap between them as the title race heats up.

Having won the last two El Clásico meetings, 1-3 in the Super Cup and 0-1 in the Copa Del Rey, Barcelona will aim to maintain their unbeaten run.

In their first league meeting this season, the Madrid side won 3-1 at the Santiago Bernabéu.

Barcelona have three victories and two losses in their last five games while Madrid have won and drawn twice with one loss in their last five games.

Xavi’s men have lost five of their last six matches against Real Madrid in La Liga (W1), having not lost any of their previous seven against the White side in the competition (W4 D3).

Real Madrid have won their last two visits to Camp Nou in La Liga and will be high on confidence as they head into the El Clásico.

Meanwhile, Barcelona have not lost any of their 12 home games in La Liga this season winning 10 and drawing twice. It is their best unbeaten start at home at this stage of the season since 2019/20.

BETTING TIP: Double chance and both teams to score (12&GG)
