Zambian forward Fashion Sakala has founded a real estate firm in the country’s capital city, Lusaka.
On his official Facebook page, the Saudi Arabian-based striker revealed that he is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Gracimor Properties.

Sakala, the Under-20 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) winner, currently plays for Saudi Pro League side Al Fayha.
Sakala explained that the firm vision started in June last year. His long-term vision is to use part of the proceeds from the business to fund ongoing charitable works.
Sakala also adds that he wants to reduce the youth unemployment levels in the country through the real estate firm.
“It is with great joy and gratitude that I introduce myself to you as the CEO & Founder of Gracimor Properties Pty Ltd, a premium rental real estate company based in Lusaka, Zambia. Gracimor Properties began in June 2024 with a vision,” Sakala said.
“Our greatest vision is to continue our charity works and contribute positively towards job creation for the youth. This vision has been brought to life through the incredible support and trust of people like you.“
He is also currently building a secondary school in Mbenjere in the Chipangali district to support quality education through safe infrastructure.

Sakala expressed gratitude to those who have supported and shared in his vision.
“I want to take this moment to express my deepest gratitude to every single person who has supported this journey. From those who believed in my vision during the early stages of construction to the everyday guests who continue to choose us, you are the reason we stand strong today. I look forward to growing with you, serving you, and creating even greater experiences in the future,” the 27-year-old stated.
The Fashion Sakala Secondary School, which is now under construction, features two blocks of boarding houses, a dining hall, fifteen teacher residences, seven offices, and fourteen classrooms.
Last year, Sakala sponsored a K700,000-richer Eastern Province football tournament. With this year’s budget set to increase, women’s football teams will also be competing for top prizes.
