Daka scored his first Premier league goal against Manchester United in a 4-2 win for Leicester City last season; a goal that also became the first ever Premier league goal scored by a Zambian international in the English top flight league.
He has since revealed that he is hoping history will repeat itself as he is feeling motivated to die a little for his side who are yet to record a win this season.
I would love for history to repeat itself again. I am looking forward to the game. It’s a great motivation.
It’s going to be a tough game, it’s always a tough game when we are playing against Manchester[united]. It’s also a game that you always look out to as a player, it’s an amazing challenge.
Everyone is looking forward to it , we all ready and we looking forward to get our first victory of the season.
Patson Daka told LFC TV
Daka’s goal against Manchester United last season came at the King Power stadium and he will hope he makes a cut in Brendan Rodgers’ squad to face the red devils and do what he did again ten months ago.
Leicester City have lost three matches and dawn one in their last four premier league matches since the season started and will aim at causing an upset at king power tonight as Brendan Rodgers’ charges continue to hunt for their first victory of the season.
On the other hand, Manchester United are coming from two premier league wins from their last four matches out of which they have lost two and will also hope to maintain their winning streak
