Chelsea’s first win in nine matches across all competitions on Saturday rewarded five Zambian punters whose betting tickets were successful enough to cash out thousands of Kwachas from Zambia’s BolaBet.
Frank Lampard marked his 100th Premier League game as manager by picking up his first points since rejoining Chelsea with two late goals in a 3-1 victory over Bournemouth.
The Blues looked like they would have to settle for a draw to ruin the tickets of many punters worldwide, as has been the case after Cherries defender Matias Vina canceled out Conor Gallagher’s early header.
But goals from Benoit Badiashile and Joao Felix in the final eight minutes at Vitality Stadium gave the west London club their first victory in nearly two months, halting a six-game losing streak under interim manager Lampard.
