It’s evident the boat did not sail swimmingly for Leicester City following their relegation. The Foxes were in sixes and sevens and it was an overall timid performance from the team last season.
Prior to Zambia’s game against Ivory Coast, Daka revealed in a tweet, “It’s been weeks of reflection but the feeling is still the same.
“I’d like to thank the LCFC community whose unwavering support was the brightest spot during what was a challenging season.
“Leicester will rise again, until then, let’s keep our fighting spirit alive,” he wrote.
The Zambian often flourishes on national duty but has struggled to recapture that form at the club level, scoring 9 goals in 53 Premier League appearances.

Daka was purchased as a replacement for the aging Jamie Vardy who’s at the end of his career. Vardy’s exploits in front of goal back in the 2016 campaign saw the Foxes crowned Premier League champions.
Some Leicester City fans are optimistic Daka will come good

Some of the belief, he could tear up the English Championship, should he not leave King Power.
