Fashion Sakala has made a move that suggests he is beginning to shape a future that extends well beyond football. The Chipolopolo forward has taken a decisive step into the world of business.
Sakala has officially launched Gracimor Loans, a lending company he says was created to support Zambians who are too often left behind by traditional financial institutions.
This was announced in a Facebook post.
“I am pleased to introduce Gracimor Loans, a company I have established to provide meaningful financial assistance, support, and empower the people of Zambia,” his statement read in part.
“To achieve this, I have ensured that Gracimor Loans offers some of the lowest interest rates and extended repayment periods, making every loan we provide fair, manageable, and truly beneficial to every client we serve.”
Sakala who has often spoken about the communities that shaped him, says the company is a tool for empowerment.
“Our mission is to assist individuals facing financial challenges, empower entrepreneurs to expand their businesses, and offer reliable financial solutions that uplift families and communities.”
The newest CEO in town said the company is built on values that reflect his own journey.
“As the CEO of Gracimor Loans, I assure you that Gracimor Loans was built to make a positive difference and to give people the opportunity to move forward with confidence and dignity.”
