Chipolopolo winger Edward Chilufya scored again for Hacken, who defeated Malmo 4-3 in the Swedish Allsvenskan to secure a top-three finish in the league.
Chilufya scored 20 minutes into the game to put his team ahead, which went on to score three more goals.
The win moved Hacken into third place with 57 points, behind Malmo (61), and probable winners Effsborg, who lead with 64.
With only one game remaining before the Allsvenskan concludes, Hacken, who won the league last year, will finish third and compete in the Europa Conference League next season.
Chilufya joined the Swedish side on loan from Danish club Midtjylland until the summer of 2024.
The Chipolopolo star returned to Sweden, where he played for Djurgårdens IF and scored 17 goals with 9 assists in 71 appearances.
He made his debut for Hacken in a league match against Halmstands BK on September 17 before starting in the team’s Europa Cup 4-0 loss to Germany’s Leverkusen on September 21, 2023.
Since then he had been a vital player for the outgoing champions.
Chilufya’s total for Hacken in all competitions now stands at five goals in nine games, including a brace against AIK.
