Kansanshi Dynamos have declared themselves ready to face any team in the ABSA Cup quarterfinals after a dominant 4-1 win over Super League outfit Green Buffaloes in the round of 16 on Saturday at Railways Stadium in Kabwe.
Dynamos will now meet the one-time ABSA Cup winner Nkana, who defeated Roan United 1-3 on penalities after the match ended 1 all in regulation time.

Speaking after the match, head coach Zeddy Saileti said: “This is a competition we can face any team. We are ready to face any team.”
Just one season after being demoted, Saileti is focused on securing promotion to the Super League.
Kansanshi Dynamos are currently second on the log with 58 points, four points behind leaders Konkola Blades, who have played one game more.

“But our many objective is to win the league so we will still stick to the league. But any team will face any team we are ready,”Saileti added.
The coach also shared insights into their game plan against Green Buffaloes, revealing that the focus was on pressing high and denying the opposition space.
“We didn’t want to give them lot of space. Tactically we did what we planned. I think our plan worked,” Saileti said.
