Lewis Hall is at Newcastle Utd’s training ground undergoing a medical for he’s loan move to St. James’ Park. The fee is believed to be around £28m plus £7m in performance related add-ons but with an obligation to buy from Chelsea. Reports Skysports.
The 18 year-old defender featured for England U21s, made his Premier League debut for Chelsea last season. He went on to make nine appearances in the top flight for the Blues.
Eddie Howe’s side are now in advanced talks with Chelsea for the teenage defender to join the Magpies.
